Introduction

Using creatures called “Nefties”, you may complete your objectives in the game. These magical species have been designed as non-fungible tokens (NFTs). They can be hatched, used in a battle, or traded. As you explore a variety of immersive game modes, they will be with you every step of the way. 

The game consists of three modes:

• Player vs Environment (PvE)

• Single-player mode

• Player vs Player multiplayer mode (PvP)

Crypto, blockchains, and NFTs will be part of Player vs Environment (PvE). Meanwhile, Player vs Player (PvP) will display the ranks of those who come to the top. Are you ready for a rollercoaster ride? Put on your best gear and let’s get ready!

Gameplay

The Barons created a financial collapse by gambling, which led to an economic crisis, leaving the City of Antik in trouble. Satoshi took action and created solutions which are the following; decentralized financial system, a portal to Tokane, and a Nefty named Helios. Through these solutions, the citizens will be able to restore their economy by using the decentralized financial system in Tokane and start a new beginning. The Nefty, on the other hand, serves as a ticket for them to move between the City of Antik and Tokane.  However, the barons have shattered the portal to Tokane and fought Satoshi afterwards. Satoshi disappeared after the battle, leaving him shattered into fragments.

Antik’s citizens are using the shards of the portal to enter Tokane, and they hope to get in with the help of a few teams and a Nefty. Then again, Barons continue to take their ticket to a new life by attacking the citizens of Antik.

Each piece of Satoshi’s fragments owns the Vestiges of Power, these can be used to fight off the Barons. However, these fragments are difficult to find. Helios the Nefty was aware of this, but his memories had been destroyed by the shattering of the portal. Sam, an Antik worker, willingly joined Helios to recover his memories. Become part of Sam and Helios’ adventure to free your people from the Barons’ grasp!

You will be able to engage in competitive social play through challenging gameplay systems. You may earn NFT items through the following features:

• Player vs Environment (PvE) — The storyline will use the adventures of Sam and Helios. In the process of discovering the whole truth of Satoshi’s decision, you’ll meet different characters and learn about their backgrounds.

• World Map — The map below shows regions and landmarks. A “Nefties” creature’s location will be shown on the world map. Additionally, it will indicate dangerous areas and the right direction for your tasks.

• Quests — Your quest logbook helps you track your progress. Your main quests and side quests can be found here. The quest logbook also includes rewards, completed quests, and clues. Quest givers may include icons to identify them.

• Nefties — This magical creature is the core character of the game, but its origin is unknown. They contain so much power, and you can either hatch them, catch them, or trade them.

• Single-player mode  — Throughout the game, explore and travel with your Nefty. 

• Player vs Player (PvP) —Your assets may help you climb the leaderboards. However, the game requires you to have at least three Nefties, and an amount of staked $AURY. (amount to be determined soon, as of this writing)

$AURY token will serve as the in-game marketplace, and the future governance token. Four asset pillars of $AURY consist of Aurorians, Nefties, In-game items, and Land NFTs. 

Team and Partnerships

Having spent 14 years in the game industry as an executive director and art director, Yann Penno brings extensive experience in this field. The most admirable aspect of his works would be his colorful visual representations and characters.

A 19-year veteran of the game production industry, Jonathan Campeau is the Executive Producer. He has worked with companies such as Gameloft, EA, and Ubisoft.

Likewise, Stephan Carmignani, the Creative Director, has 22 years of experience in the video game industry. Among his previous employment are Ubisoft, EA, Eidos, Warner brothers, and Rovio as a team leader, project manager, and level design director.

On top of that, the project has several known investors in the blockchain industry including Animoca Brands, which produces games such as Crazy Kings, Crazy Defense Heroes, and The Sandbox.

Assets & Ecosystem

The game caters to an ecosystem of both Free to Play and Play to Earn systems. It aims to have a continual and adaptable system to earn Aurory. It will provide seasonal experiences for you to be engaged within the game as part of the long-term engagement. Several methods are available for reducing inflationary assets, including burning Nefties, eggs, and stones.

With AURY tokens as its core, Aurory has a multi-utility ecosystem. Exchanges can trade AURY both centralized and decentralized. Some uses of AURY will be the trading of assets, eggs of nefties, access to Player vs Player (PvP), and staking.
